“We had an absolutely delightful stay at Crafter's Retreat. A beautifully presented cabin, well equipped, in an idyllic setting with the added bonus of the hot tub on the covered veranda. Our host Louise was never seen but was always there!!! Very responsive to our questions. Arrival was easy and the little added extras were a lovely touch. Would highly recommend this place if you just want to relax and unwind.”

“We booked your beautiful lodge for our 1st anniversary getaway for some R&R. The Crafter’s Retreat is truly a hidden gem. We absolutely loved it here. It is so beautiful and you have thought of everything we could need. The welcome basket was a great extra. We went to the Heritage Live Festival on Saturday and it was amazing. Aaron has mobility issues, so standing all day took its toll, but the spa sorted this out and was completely what we both needed. Sunday was a complete chill day in the hot tub before our 6-hour drive home on Monday. Thank you so much & we will be back.”

“Our second time here and we had a lovely relaxing week. Would recommend Wicken Fen, Welney Wetlands & a visit to Ely for the cathedral. We also did a ½-day wood carving (spoon carving) course with Simon and a ½-day pottery with Louise. Both were great fun and Simon & Louise are excellent teachers & excellent hosts. The welcome basket & fresh flowers are all a lovely touch. Hope to be back again sometime soon.”

The cabin was equipped with everything you could want so you wouldn’t have to even leave the cabin if you didn’t want to! Very quiet area and the hot tub was a lovely addition.
